My path into IT consulting didn’t start with a title — it started in a small office where everything that could go wrong did. Servers crashed, databases locked up, and no one could explain why. While others saw frustration, I saw a puzzle worth solving. That curiosity pushed me into a career where I spent time as a lead technical support rep, helping people through their toughest tech problems and learning how to stay calm, patient, and solutions‑focused no matter what came my way.
As I grew, I moved into roles as a network engineer and database administrator, managing the systems that keep businesses running behind the scenes. Those years taught me how to design stable networks, secure data, optimize performance, and anticipate issues long before they become emergencies. Eventually, I stepped into consulting — the place where all my experience came together — helping organizations modernize their systems, strengthen their infrastructure, and make smarter technology decisions.
But one of the most important chapters of my journey happened outside the tech world: teaching in the public school system. Standing in front of a classroom taught me how to communicate clearly, break down complex ideas, adapt to different learning styles, and stay patient even when the subject matter feels overwhelming. Those skills became some of my greatest strengths as a consultant. Today, I’m able to explain technology in a way people actually understand, build trust quickly, and guide clients through decisions with confidence instead of confusion.
Now, my consulting practice is built on everything I’ve learned along the way: smart solutions grounded in real technical expertise, clear communication shaped by years of teaching, and reliable results earned through decades of hands‑on experience.
